By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on rvp2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use rvp2 services. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rvp2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and identity. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
2.2 Legal Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing rvp2 services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of rvp2 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. rvp2 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.3 Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be legally restricted from participating in gambling activities due to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or other legal impediment.
2.4 One Account per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with rvp2. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
3.1 Registration Process: To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact phone number, and email address. All information must match official identification documents (KTP, SIM, or Passport).
3.2 Username & Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. rvp2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to secure your credentials.
3.3 Verification (KYC): rvp2 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling. We may request identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.
3.4 Account Suspension: rvp2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any illegal use of our services.
4.1 Deposits: rvp2 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4.2 Currency: All transactions on rvp2 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name and verified during the KYC process. First-time withdrawals require identity verification. rvp2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard withdrawal limits are displayed on the withdrawal page. Higher limits are available to VIP members upon request.
4.5 Wagering Requirements: All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the individual bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting the required turnover will result in the withdrawal being declined.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML): rvp2 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions, structuring of deposits to avoid detection, or any other activity that may indicate money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility: All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer. Bonus offers are available only to eligible members as determined by rvp2 at our sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
5.3 Bonus Abuse: rvp2 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we detect any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, or any other behavior deemed by rvp2 to be abusive.
5.4 Bonus Expiration: All bonuses have a validity period stated in the bonus terms. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will expire and be forfeited after the validity period ends.
5.5 Promotional Changes: rvp2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding any promotion, rvp2's decision is final.
6.1 Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. rvp2 is not liable for any errors made by the user when placing bets.
6.2 Bet Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official results as determined by rvp2. In the case of sports betting, official league or tournament results are used for settlement. In the case of casino games, the result displayed by the game software is final.
6.3 Obvious Errors: If an obvious error occurs (such as incorrect odds, incorrect game result, or technical malfunction), rvp2 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include: odds displayed as 100.00 when the correct odds should have been 1.50, or a slot machine malfunction that causes incorrect payout calculations.
6.4 Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, rvp2 is not liable for any losses. Most games have a mechanism to preserve your game state, allowing you to resume play when you reconnect.
6.5 Cancelled Events: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.
7.1 Age Restriction: Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. rvp2 employs age verification measures and will immediately close any account found to be operated by a minor.
7.2 Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, rvp2 offers self-exclusion tools that allow you to voluntarily restrict access to your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently).
